Our application connects to Strava to retrieve activity data for leaderboard purposes. The information accessed from Strava includes:
- Your Strava display name and profile photo
- Running activity data (distance, pace, date)
We do not collect, store, or process any of the following:
- Location or GPS data
- Personal user accounts or login credentials (beyond Strava OAuth tokens)
- Payment or financial information
- Device or browser tracking data
- Cookies for advertising or analytics purposes
How We Use Information
Activity data retrieved from Strava is used solely to calculate and display the Kyle Cup leaderboard. We do not sell, share, or distribute your data to any third parties.
Strava Integration
We use Strava's API to access activity data. You can revoke our access to your Strava account at any time through your Strava settings. Once access is revoked, we will no longer retrieve new data from your account.
Data Retention
Activity data is retained for the duration of the current Kyle Cup competition year. Historical leaderboard data may be retained for reference purposes.
Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the data we hold. All connections to our service are encrypted via HTTPS.
Children's Privacy
Our service is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
